We found a short video on-line that made the process pretty simple. The hardest part was getting the front cover off. One Phillips head screw and two twists of a flat head screwdriver in two slots on each slide of the cover loosened it, but it took a good tug to pull it off the refrigerator. Fears of breaking it made the first few attempts feudal. Once the cover was off, we just had to unsnap two wire connnectors, remove 3 Phillips head screws and the panel was out. Interestingly, we had to remove a thin black cover on the old panel and attach it to the new one so the icons would show on the board. Pretty easy over all. I recommend doing it yourself rather than paying for a repair man.
