Bruce Z Katy , TX August 29, 2014 Appliance: Model LG WT5001 Dime got stuck between the drum and bottom plate in our washing machine the machine stopped working saw a pe code before the cpu went dead After removing the dime we need to replace both CPU boards. First replace the front CPU and it didn't fix it, got start up music but no lights. Needed help, the operators at AppliancePartsPros were great. Sent a new front CPU...it didn't help. Sent the wrong back CPU which was very close to the correct one. Called again and got the correct back CPU and now we have a working washer! Was able to return the extra parts easily.
