Checked the spray arms and cleaned the filter. Started a cycle and checked for water and noticed very little water inside. After a short "fill time" there should be enough water in the machine to cover up the perforated screen near the filter. Decided it was water inlet at that point. Easy fix, swap in part and good as new.
