Replaced the seal. On my Samsung washer this can normally be performed without removing any panels from the washer. However, in my case the inner seal clamp screw was very rusted and I was unable to loosen it without removing the front panel to gain better access to get pliers on the clamp. I suggest ordering a new inner clamp with the seal if the screw is showing any signs of rust. Doing so may allow the seal to be replaced more easily in the future.
