The chat with a pro ,was spot on when we went through troubleshooting the unit. Not only proved that the pump motor went bad by using a meter, she also steered me to the most bang for my buck on ordering the whole sump assembly with pump motor and diverter and new sump with new rubber. Made the whole repair simple and effortlessly ..no cussing allowed.Thanks for the help. I couldn't do the repair without your help .. I now always tell people about appliance parts pro. Thanks Kris E.
