ANSWER: P Harrison, There is a motor on the distributor that most likely has failed and would need to be replaced. The motor will rotate during the wash cycle and disperse the water to the upper or lower spray arms. If the motor has failed in between it will not disperse any water and if it stopped on one set then it will only do that setting.
