Ricky L Millbrae , CA January 03, 2016 Dishes on the upper rack are not clean I read the previous post and checked the upper rack arm. It was not swinging during the wash cycle. Just ordered the upper spray arm and replaced it. It works well. This less than $40 fix (shipping and tax included) saves me the plan to replace the dishwasher.
