Edgar V Venice , FL January 15, 2021 Appliance: Model GLDA690MBB Dishwasher was not cleaning well and often left crud on dishes The old upper spray arm had a misshaped rubber washer that would not lie flat and the arm had debris blocking some of the water spout holes which resisted removal. I was skeptical about replacing it, but once the new arm was installed the plates were shiny and there was no longer any crud on the dishes.
