Opened up front panel and found basic wiring diagram clipped inside. Using it, I tested for 120v to the control board. There was voltage, so figured board was defunct. Got the model number off the decal on inside door edge.Ordered new board and it ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY. Fantastic! Installed new board - problem solved.
