After the advice of Appliance Parts Pros, I bought a new control board and installed it according to the YouTube video. As of now it is working fine. Although before I installed the new board by turning off the breaker and rebooting the dishwasher it worked for a few days. So I have my fingers crossed that it is fixed now. I'm very happy with APP's and highly recommend them. If it should quit again I'll buy the UI board and I know that will take care of it and I'll still be very happy with APP's.
