Removed plastic base panel. Lowered both front feet. Unscrewed dishwasher from the counter (two screws above the door). Slid dishwasher out about six inches. Opened door, removed white plastic bushings from black hinges, slid new friction pads onto hinges. Reverse process. Done! Easy.
