The seal in the sump for the Diffuser motor shaft had worn out after 3 years. The seal is not available as a separate part, so I needed to replace the entire Sump.
I ordered the parts from AppliancePartsPros.com and they arrived in two days. I then followed the AppliancePartsPros.com video on removing the Pump, Diffuser Motor and the associated items inside the dishwasher and install the new one. The job turned out to be fairly easy, It would have been a real challenge without the video.
It's too bad Whirlpool/Kitchenaid doesn't sell the $5 seal, instead if requiring us to buy the entire $80 sump assembly.
