I followed the problem suggestions on the Appliance Pros website, then watched the excellent repair videos, took apart the inside of the washer and found I need a new chopper. It had tried to chop up some plastic tabs that broke off the upper rack wheels, and shifted out of alignment, also damaging the inlet protector. The needed parts were a little cheaper on another website, but the promised delivery was quicker at Appliance Pros (the parts came in 2 days), plus I really appreciated their repair videos. Made the job very simple and quick. Washer is working like new!
