Do-It-Yourself Story

I am very happy with our new bottom Bosch dishwasher rack. Although it is not as flexible in sections to lay flat in areas and will take some adjustment to what I have been used to, it is good. The silverware containers are larger. No tools were necessary. It slipped right into place. I will mention the shipping packaging was weak and came partially open. The tape was not strong enough (or not enough used) to keep the box secure. This was shipped promptly and all is good.
