I replaced the door latch with a new part. All it took was to remove the door panel, two screws on the latch and two electrical plugs. The part that was faulty was the electrical connection on the latch. The best part about using AppliancePartsPros was their easy part search tool, including exploded diagrams of the dishwasher.
