Repair was a piece of cake. Started by watching the video. Reviewed the parts diagram till I found the needed parts. Ordered the parts. The parts arrived in 48 hrs. Replaced the rollers in just a couple of minutes. Unfortunately I broke an end cap trying to get it off. Ordered new end caps. Again they arrived in 48 hrs. Replaced both end caps in less than a minute. Good as new. The video and parts diagram were very helpful. Fast shipping. Thanks
