I replaced all four rollers and snap-on attachments to the dishwasher's top rack. Your online video was most excellent showing how to remove the end caps to get the rack to roll out. I would not have applied enough pressure to do the job had I not seen the video-I would have thought it would break the track. The job was done within the first five minutes other than replacing the end caps, which took another ten! Beautiful results! I should've never delayed fixing it.
