Here's a call out to my fellow women: Yes, you can fix minor things that break. The part that broke (the plastic wheel thing that holds the rack and lets it slide in and out) could be wiggled out so I could read its imprinted part number and search for it on this site. The site's photo confirmed the part precisely, so I could order with confidence. The part shipped the same day I ordered it (I ordered in the morning), and I was surprised it arrived in the mail the next day. With a bit of close-up study, a person can see how to unclip and access the area to place in the new part. What a great resource it is to come here and solve a problem easily and quickly.
