Followed online videos for troubleshooting which indicated the dishwasher was not recognizing the door being closed. Followed the easy steps to pull down the main control board and check LED. LED was not lit, indicating the main board had malfunctioned. Ordered the particular board recommended in the video/chat. Board arrived in 3 days. Replaced board, which restored the dishwasher functionality. Easy Peasy! Probably save myself $150 by not having a service call and waiting a week to get an appointment.
