The fix was easy. (The video helped but I had seen that sort of repair before.) The parts fit just fine. Now the dishwasher seems to work well again. Note, the screw holding the arm underneath the top rack requires a square-head insert, not a conventional screwdriver. Fortunately I had one of the correct size.
