Went to the forum and asked Jake what the problem might be. He told me I might need to replace the bracket because the small plastic pins sometime break on it. I ordered the part, and when it arrived, I watched the video of that type repair/replacement. In 15 minutes I had put the new part in and finished the job. The plastic pins had broken as Jake had mentioned. Job completed - got ice now. GREAT SUPPORT FOLKS.....
