We suspected the electrical control had shorted during a storm and upon replacing it, its been working fine. Replacement was very easy once we realized we had to pop the old unit out using some paint scrapers. I taped the surrounding area to avoid scratching the paint. Ordered a replacement surrounding plate because the pop tabs aren't reuseable on the plastic.
