I replaced the power board and it fixed the problem. This board was the easiest of the 4 that were replaced. It was just a matter of 4 screws and plugging back in the cables.
I just wish I would have changed this board out first.
Just wish I could have spoken knowledgeable person who could have suggested to change the part out first.
