Patricia O Eastchester , NY March 29, 2022 Appliance: Model #41741122410 The door was dropping & it was cracking near the hinge. I ordered a new hinge for my washing machine, and it came in two days. I tried to do it myself but I couldn't get the screws out of the old hinge. Have no strength??? I had a gentleman come in to help me. He removed the screws & the hinge came off. He removed the door, and put the new hinge on. All while watching the video that was provided by the company ( great asset). He put the door back on. & now my machine works perfectly.
