Spoke with my mother and she explained what it was doing. I suggested starting with the door latch assembly and placed the order to have it delivered. She called me up and said she had just finished up the repair and she was so happy to call me and say the dishwasher was working. And she did it all by herself. 70 years old and still doing her own handy work.
