I purchased and installed a door latch assembly. The AppliancePartsPros video was helpful and easy to follow. Removing and re-installing the door and front panel were not as smooth as shown in the video. My 18 year old machine was a bit stuck and rusted in places. In addition to replacing the part, I took advantage of having the machine apart to clean off hard water deposits, which added to the total repair time.
