Electronic door lock had failed. APP tech suggested removing the top of the washer, and reaching down to release the catch manually by pulling down on the tab hanging out below the loch mechanism. This was pretty easy to do. Then followed the video showing how to replace the lock assembly. Repair was pretty easy, and successful. Thanks!
