Charles F Chantilly , VA May 21, 2019 Appliance: Model GE PVM1970SR1SS (MICROWAVE) Door switch on GE microwave was defective, power would not shut off Ordered new switches (replaced all three- upper and lower door switches and switch monitor- just to make everything new). Received them within 48 hours! You tube video enabled replacement job to be completed by handyman neighbor in 20 minutes (would have been shorter repair time but for my kibitzing).
