The rollers on the top rack were meant to be adjustable, but the front left roller wouldn't lock in position. Replacing the roller assembly solved the problem.
You have to do some minor acrobatics to remoe/replace the assembly. Also be careful removing the plastic end cap on the rail guide. If you're forcing anything you're doing it wrong.
