This particular hose has one end, with a tapered nose, where the hose would need to go into a opening in back of the washing machine and then is held with a plastic bracket (the tapered hose end slides through) and finally held with 2 screws.
NOTE: When removing the old drain hose from plastic bracket, I found by placing the old hose end (with bracket) into very hot water for a couple minutes, you are able to manipulate the hose end so the bracket can be easily removed.
