Removed the front panel of the washing machine and replaced the pump & casing just like was shown in the video. Our model only has a single pump so we did not have to punch out the other side of the casing. I saw some reviewers talk about placing the machine on its side and accessing the pump from underneath, but ours sits on the pedestal. I bought the retaining ring tool for the door gasket a long time ago which really makes the job easy. We heard the pump starting to go about 6 months ago and then it finally died just before Christmas. Straightforward repair. Works like a champ now.
