Joseph F Georgetown , IN May 05, 2021 Not draining or not draining well. Figured it wasn’t the control board. So there could have been a clog in the drain hose or the trap was clogged. Checked and not so. Proceeded to remove the pump and it had a rough spin to it. Samsung...... top Korean washer...... WHY the Chinese PUMP?? Received the new pump faster than I anticipated! Wet stuff hanging all over, and wife not happy! Installed a new pump. Sat in front of the machine with well-deserved beer and put it through a quick cycle... EUREKA! Mama is happy!
