Removed pantry drawer, then took out crisper drawers and glass shelf over pantry drawer. End cap is then easily accessible. Removed 3 screws with 1/4" nut driver and replaced with new part. Reassembled the other pieces and then re-attached the pantry drawer lid. Took 10 minutes...
