It was quite a pain to remove but do this stuff to replace it:
Remove back panel and front kick panel
Remove front two screws holding filter in front
Remove screws holding the water pump thing in back so you can get slack on the hoses to pull the filter holder out of the way
Remove drip pan (may have to cut tape holding it in front and back)
Insert new pan and reassemble everything
