Pretty easy fix! I followed the instructions, with one exception, I used 2 wire ties instead of 1. It took about 5 minutes from start to finish. I attached the wire tie on the left side of the pulley, where it suggested, then attached one on the right side about the same distance back. Put the belt on the front pulley, holding the belt tight and feeding it onto the large pulley, it was as easy as threading a needle. Turn the pulleys until the belt is in place. Snap off the wire ties and run the belt around again for good measure and that was it! Simple! I didn't use any tools other than the wire ties and my hands.
