After a little YouTube research, I was able to figure out that it was destroyed splines on the rotor assembly. I was able to quickly find the part and order it. The speedy shipping was beyond belief and I received the part a little more than 24 hours after I placed my order. The repair took less than 10 minutes and I was rewarded faith a fully operational washing machine. All this taken place during the Covid-19 outbreak made this task particularly urgent.
