Joseph P Quakertown , PA May 11, 2017 Drum support rollers one failed Removed the drum and replaced the rollers. Should have opened up the unit as I ordered the belt pulley thinking I had replaced the support rollers in the past. Turned out that repaire was older than I thought and the right side roller failed Advise always replace both support rollers and open the unit before ordering parts as it is not difficult or time consuming Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
