First time ever fixing an appliance! Super Easy! I searched on You Tube and learned what the problem was and watched how to fix it. The video showed me that I needed obviously a new belt but also to replace the actual problem, the axle the the rollers turned on. (Luckily I saved the nuts on the axles and the clips that hold the rollers on, because those are sold separate). So I order the parts, on a Sunday, online from Appliance Parts Pro only to notice I forgot to add my box number. I called Monday morning and had the best experience with Customer Service! I live in Hawaii, so shipping here can be pain, but Thursday all the parts came and my dryer is as good as new. I did watch the video a few times when putting the dryer back together, don't want any extra screws left over :) I highly recommend Appliance Parts Pros.com!
