We had ordered this part from a DIFFERENT company. They kept us waiting for 3 months. They said the part was on a national back order. It was very frustrating because they didn’t very easily when we sent inquiries. I finally gave up and asked for a refund. We then ordered from appliance parts pros and our part arrived EARLIER then they promised. It was awesome.
