Diagnosed every component ( sensors, heating element, etc.), and determined that the PCB was the problem. Ordered PCB (CIRCUIT BOARD), installed it, and works like new again. Contemplated purchasing a new dryer for $800.00 + but AppliancePartsPros.com saved my bacon, no one else had the board.
