I used your video and took the cabinet apart. The drive belt was in shreds and the idler pulley split in half. Ordered the drive belt and idler pulley from your web site. Followed the video and reassembled. It's great you have the video right at the parts needed to repair. Also used your company to repair my washing machine. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Great customer service.
