I unplugged the dryer removed the back cover and checked both sensors with a meter and found them both opened. I ordered the Thermal cut -off kit and received it in today's ( thank you for sending it so fast, you saved a 30 year marriage) I then reinstalled both sensors and the back cover plugged it back in and everything worked.
