Went online and the igniter for gas dryer seemed to be the possible problem. replaced that and still did not work. Went back online and researched further to discover there is a thermal fuse in the exhaust venting which is a one time fuse. bypassed that to check and the dryer came on as it should. Ordered that part and all is good. Thank You for your online resources/videos which are very informative and easy to follow.
