I started troubleshooting myself. The schematic was useful but there was a few things I did not understand. I turned to the Internet and found the videos produced by Appliance Parts Pros. The videos explained exactly what I needed to know, how the dryer circuits functioned, and how to trouble shoot the problem.
I found the problem just as described in the video. Tested and replaced the failed parts. The fuse was definitely the problem. I replaced the temperature sensor for extra measure.
