After viewing the online videos they sent, I ordered the parts from Appliance Parts Pros, using their 2-day option, for, with a large family, I needed my dryer. It was pretty straightforward to install the defective parts and watch the video backwards to put the dryer back together. My future engineering high school son helped me take apart the dryer while I labled the screws and placed them in small bathroom dixie cups.
