I figured it was either the Heating Element or the Fuses. Watched your Instructional video on how to disassemble the Dryer and access the problem area. I then used my meter to test all the relays and the culprit was the the Thermal Fuse Assembly/Thermostat. Ordered the replacement parts, watched the step-by-step video and made the necessary repairs.
