The problem was realistically only the Dryer Thermal Fuse. I found this out by removing the components and checking them all with an Ohm meter. Since I was going into the lower part of the dryer I decided to replace other parts as the dryer is over 13 years old. Appliance Parts Pros was extremely fast in shipping the parts out.
