Having gained experience to gain access to the dryer interior, and having replaced a control board once before, it was a simple matter to remove the top, unscrew and unplug the control board, and
replace it with a new one. The high voltage connection on the old one appeared singed, explaining why no high voltage was letting the motor run. Once replaced, the unit ran perfectly. This changeout took less than an hour. This was the last repair in a series of problems, and hopefully this does the trick.
