Started by consulting with the service sheet that came with the dryer, which stated to check the heater and two thermistors for resistance. After disassembling the dryer down to the heater unit, I was able to measure all three parts and find the heater measuring infinity. Ordered a new heater unit, which ended up being a direct replacement. Installed new heater unit, reassembled dryer, and it produces heat again.
