The GE dryer came apart w 6 screws, removed the belt from the tensioner and the drum was out. Replaced the rear drum bearing bushing, replaced plastic idler pulley and then on to the front of the dryer to replace the bearing housing and 4 plastic rectangle slides. And a light bulb. The whole entire process took less than an hour to complete and the dryer is as good as new. I also removed the metal screen inside the drum to clean out lint build up (3 screws) and clean out inside the lint filter housing ( highly recommended this as it was full of buildup). Super easy. Even a caveman can do it! If you get stuck just YouTube it.
